As an educational non-profit organization, the mission of The Furniture Society is "To advance the art of furniture making, by inspiring creativity, promoting excellence, and fostering an understanding of this art and its place in society." The Society sponsors, supports, and maintains an array of programs, each of which contributes to the education and enrichment of our members as well as the interested public.
